General Construction Labourer (Commercial and Residential Renovations)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Area surrounding the City of Edmonton, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Experience: 5 years or more

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Bobcats, Compactors, Concrete vibrators, Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers, Grinding machines, Grouting machines, Chippers, Sand blasters, Sledgehammers, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns, Drills, Chainsaws, Augers, Trampers (Jumping Jack), Torches
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Pave and rake asphalt, Assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, Direct traffic at or near construction sites, Read blueprints
