Contact Centre Sales Team Manager
Client on the East Rand seeks experienced candidate to coach and develop team, increase performance levels in sales and customer service. Requirements include grade 12, Fais compliant, RE completed and 3 years supervisory experience within a contact centre environment within the short term insurance industry. Candidate must be energetic, have strong management skills and have a sound knowledge of call centre management systems.
