Job Description
STAFF REQUIRED-
Reef Palms Leisure & entertainment Complex at Zilzie Bay are currently seeking a chef, apprentices, bar and wait staff for our newly refurbished restaurants and function rooms. We are looking for a whole new kitchen crew and wait staff to work in this exciting business. Due to an expansion we are seeking experienced kitchen and wait staff. This is a hands on role and we are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking to expand their career and thrive in a team environment.
The following positions are available:
-Chef
-Apprentice chefs
-Bar and wait staff
-Front of house
Minimum chefs Requirements:
• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery,
• Functions and banquet experience preferable,
• Drivers licence
Minimum requirements for bar and wait staff
-Experienced bar staff with barista experience
-Experienced wait staff with cert 3 in hospitality
-RSA
