Restaurant Manager
Victory Mark Pty Ltd T/​AS Beluga Restaurant located in the Claremont quarter is currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to lead the team in providing friendly and efficient restaurant service.​
This position warrants you to be extremely responsible for the successful management of the day to day restaurant operations.​ Proven skills in staff management, training and development are essential as are sound customer service principles and financial management and reporting skills.​
The successful applicant for this full time position will be both a leader and a team player.​ Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essentials.​
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and gourmet food in particular, with the ability to instill this passion to those reporting to you is required.​
The ideal candidate would:
- Maintain exceptional grooming standards
- Be a "people person" and a team player who guides their staff through examples
- be willing and able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Have the ability to motivate staff and provide leadership and support
- Hold exceptional customer service skills
