We are a Wholesale and Retail company seeking a Human Resources Administrator, who will be able to handle all HR related queries for our retail stores as well as our head office. Candidates must be self-motivated, strong minded, dedicated and professional with a vibrant outgoing personality, well suited for an HR role within a medium sized company.

Requirements: Relevant HR related qualification, Min of two years’ experience in HR role, Must be computer literate, Must have strong administration skills, Able to work under pressure, Strong attention to detail, Flexible, Strong communication skills, Able to work independently, Discrete and ethical, Conflict management and problem solving skills, Leadership skills, Organisational skills

Duties: First point of contact for all HR related queries, Updating and maintaining of all employee files and employee information, updating, drawing up and maintaining employee contracts, Updating, scheduling of leave for employees, Drawing up, approving and monitoring store rosters, Attend to staff queries on a day to day basis, Start to end recruitment process; placing ads, short listing candidates, conducting inter views, Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, Issue warning letters where necessary, Attend disciplinary hearings, Monthly payroll of all employees, Monitoring staff performance and behaviour
