Marketing & Customer Service Administrator Needed for Online Retail Company, Location, Woodstock, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time ,We are sustuu.com, a United Kingdom based online retailer.

We need customer service and marketing staff to assist in our small office in Woodstock, Cape Town.

The role will require you to assist our customer service manager with customer emails, phone calls and maintaining our online feedback rating for half the week. The other half of the week will involve creating new listings, managing inventory, pricing and promoting sales using Microsoft Excel and HTML editors.

Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English and telephone manner. Microsoft Excel experience is essential. Experience working in customer facing or service industry. Experience working with data capture and manipulation advantageous. Experience with HTML advantageous. Aptitude to think creatively to solve problems and implement solutions and improvements unprompted and unassisted.
