Our client is an established ladies boutique. They are seeking TOP RETAIL STAFF who are well-dressed and highly ambitious to work for their stores. The ideal candidate must be able to deal with high-end clientele and have a proven boutique sales track record within high-end fashion.

Requirements: Must be female aged 30 years + Must have matric Ideally have experience in boutique sales and customer service Must have a passion for high-end clothing, shoes bags and accessories Must love high-end fashion and styling, Must have stylist experience, Must possess excellent organisation and strong and clear communication skills, Be customer-service orientated, Able to build and maintain customer relationships, Be able to work in a team, Be very creative and have attention to detail, Must have a positive, ambitious, confident and friendly nature, Must have a neat and stylish appearance, Have to believe in the company and be a brand ambassador

Duties: Identify customer needs and requirements, Selling of high-end clothing, shoes, bags and accessories, Styling of customers and promoting company’s products, Must be able to up-sell, Maintain existing client relationships and build new relationships with prospective clients, Be able to meet set targets and generate new leads, In-store promotions, Have knowledge and experience on POS system, Process payments, General administration, Housekeeping, Replenishing of stock and regular stock take
