Urgently Required Security Assistant – Oil & Gas Industry – Contract – Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirements : Diploma(Business Administration and Computer Information Systems).

3 years’ experience in related work. Good Knowledge of English, Arabic and computer literacy.

Completion of secondary education or equivalent. Son of citizen with Diploma in any major may also apply.

Role: Assists the Security officer in planning and organizing the activities of the car park to ensure the maintenance of strict car park utilization, including follow up of issuance / Renewal of car park sticker and access. Participate in assisting of VIP’S Visitors and meeting, car park distribution. Assists the Security Officer in coordinating and preparation of safety, security, accident and incident events reports within the car park. Maintain the proper provision, recording, labeling, storing, duplicating and organizing of key locks and cylinders. Plan and establish the proper utilization and record of master keys as per the company policies and procedure. Preparing and issuing the ID/Access control cards according to established company procedures and maintenance of the ID/Access Control Card database.
