Seasoned Recruitment is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers for Durban restaurants!! You must be competent in all aspects of front and back of house, especially (Indian) cooking, including HR, payroll, stocks, administration, finances and some chef experience including stock ordering and menu planning. You must have excellent communication and time management skills. You must be motivated and have high energy levels and not be afraid to work the hours.
