Job Description
Qualified Chef required for a busy restaurant in Gymea. Must have minimum 3 years experience. Must be fast, efficient and clean and able to work unsupervised. Must be able to work a variety of shifts from breakfast to dinner service (a la carte) on a 7 day rotating roster. Tapas experience is also desirable. Must be competent in all kitchen sections including grill, larder and desserts.
