Division of UK Telecoms House URGENTLY needs an experienced Lead to assist the Sales Manager with Team Management, Development and coaching whilst continually driving the targets for Appointment setting; Hours are 45 hours but core is 10.30pm – 7pm

Responsibilities include Workflow Management, Team development, Performance Management (productivity, targets, metrics, coaching, development and QA)

Requirements include: 5 years lead experience within a Team Leader role, coaching SALES consultants (outbound), Experience working with Call centre Technology, Excellent level of Excel for reporting, Excellent communications and numerical skills, Strong, solid CRM, BIG Picture thinker, Ability to motivated, lead, direct and coach your team through utilising acquired skills /knowledge and maintaining an upbeat team moral. Salary R18-20CTC plus great OTE for team performance, Clear criminal record and contactable referee’s essential
