Description Responsibilities: We are seeking Supply Chain professionals to join our team as specialists in either order or repair management. The position will be responsible for repair or order management, inventory levels and controls, acquiring forecasting information from customers, and maintaining an excellent customer relationship in order to achieve contract and business plan goals. Successful candidates will assist in the development of processes and procedures to meet these goals. The Supply Chain Specialists are responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of procurement operations in Dubai with particular emphasis on maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirements: We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplined team interfacing with customers and logistics providers. Experience /or Excellent knowledge in SAP Materials Management, preferably within a logistics Group, is required. Applicants must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be capable of initiating action to solve day to day issues. Familiarity with Microsoft software is desired, to include Word, Excel, and Access. Previous experience using systems such as SAP ERP ECC 6 is also an advantage or at least the candidate must possess SAP MM implementation and end-user skills. Certification from SAP Germany is not required.
