Trainer (Part-time)

Job Summary: To conduct trainings for Beauty Advisors, enhance soft skills, improve communication and customer service skills, and facilitate demonstrations and events.

Main Responsibilities: arrange curriculum, prepare training agendas, facilitate training through theory and hands-on classes, provide sales skills training to Beauty Advisors: skills and techniques, customer service skills, communication/soft skills, up selling, consultation, etc. inspire, mentor, encourage and motivate the BA team, bi-monthly touch base with BA’s and follow-up on training provided, facilitate future demonstrations and events

Ideal Profile: Education: Diploma/degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Experience: Must have a background in Beauty Industry preferably perfumes and cosmetics

Linguistic Skills: English – Excellent; Arabic/French is a plus

Salary: Project based, to be discussed further, Emirate: Dubai, Type: Beauty & Fitness, Salary: 2,000 AED
