Job Details: The hiring client is a multinational communication and network solutions company based in the USA with several international branches providing network infrastructure solutions globally.

Responsibilities: Primarily focused on customer order fulfillment in the Middle East and Africa region, and including pre-sales activities support. Maintains liaison relationship between assigned customer(s) and internal contacts. Encourages customers to participate in the business satisfaction surveys, monitors ongoing quality concerns and encourages pro-active feedback from customers to prevent unnecessary

Qualifications: Any nationality, Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or sales, Knowledge in SAP and ERP is an advantage, Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal (English) Communication, Good customer service and telephone handling skills, Analytical and problem solving skills, able to multi-task
