Gl Accountant | 12 Month Contract

Financial Accountant

My client, a large multinational has an opening for a financial accountant on a 12 month contract. Salary €40,000 - €45,000.

Main responsibilities:

    * Provide accounting services to the EMEA region
    * Preparation of annual financial statements to local GAAP
    * Preparation of tax returns
    * Preparation of monthly balance sheet and P&L
    * Bank reconciliations
    * Fixed asset and depreciation accounting
    * Preparation of accruals and prepayments
    * Accounting for payroll
    * Intercompany accounting
    * Carry out VAT returns
    * Work with external auditors

Requirements

    * Fully qualified accountant
    * ERP systems experience
    * Strong month end experience
    * Excellent communication skills required
