    Coordinate all administrative functions of the practice
    Ability to demonstrate a professional attitude and have experience with client contact and maintaining strong client relationships.
    Ability to work independently with little supervision and ability to use sound judgment when required.
    Have exceptional calendar management experience, follow-up, and time management skills.
    Establish internal protocols and tracking systems and ensure that all tracking systems are up-to-date.
    Be capable of implementing and maintaining practice management systems on behalf of lawyers
    Prepare, draft and revise correspondence to internal and external clients.
    Prepare accounts and manage pre-bills, and have a  working proficiency with all accounting and billing procedures.
    Possess strong knowledge of general office procedures, office systems, file management and associated policies.
    Be proficient with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, , and generally possess strong technical skills.
    Have the ability to deal with pressure, changing priorities and multi-tasking, and be open to learning and employing new concepts and work styles.
    Possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a team-player attitude and keen enthusiasm.
    Any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
    Administrative Assistant Diploma from a recognized college preferred.
    3+ years experience as a Legal/Administrative Assistant .
    Accurate typing skills.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a strong knowledge of grammar and exceptional spelling and proofreading abilities.
    Strong attention to detail.
