Business Analyst-Process Mapping
Practicus partners with organisations to better deliver change and are engaged as an alternative to the more traditional consulting firms.
As a result of our continual growth, we are looking to engage the services of a Business Analyst with very strong process mapping skills from an operational change background to support the delivery of one of our key business transformations. This is an opportunity to work for Practicus and will report into a Practicus Program Director although the majority of the time will be spent on client site.
As part of the wider transformation, this specfic assignment will be focused on understanding and mapping processes related to various role and responsibilites within our client. It will require a Business Analyst who has worked in an organisational change /re-structure environment and understands the sensitivities that this brings. At times, direction will be minimal so a self-starting attitude and very strong stakeholder engagment skills will be required.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for ; Engaging with a range of operatonal stakeholders from accross organisation to understand the process flows of their roles and responsibilities
Mapping those processes in Visio
Workshop facilitation
Experience of working within the financial services space would be advantageous for this assignment although not essential. This initial engagement will last 3 months initially with the potential for further work within Practicus after.
