Job Details: IT Client Support Engineer Offshore - Set up PC systems for new users and configure programs related to job responsibilities. Coordinate with PC vendors to resolve hardware related crisis. Perform analysis on PC samples for technical evaluation; PC replacement for obsolete PCs. Troubleshoot basic network-related problems on client systems. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of additional hardware equipment. Prepare reports for hardware material and spare part requirements. Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and minimum 5 years experience within a reputed IT organization.
