KEO is recruiting a Project Manager (Design / Architect), based in the core office design, Dubai. Technical background from a Consultancy & previous exp in GCC is desirable. Project types include: Residential, Commercial, Office, Educational, Cultural, Recreational, Hospitality, Healthcare Facilities. Responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the design process from inception through completion. A thorough knowledge of the design & construction process, together with astute business acumen will be required to ensure that client goals are met. Technical background from a Consultancy and previous experience in GCC is desirable however not a deal breaker. 8 - 15 years’ experience in project management, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. Ideally APM or PMP, Good communication skills both written & spoken in English.
