One of Melbourne’s iconic bay side hotels, The Mentone Hotel, is currently seeking a dedicated, experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager to join their existing leadership team.
The hotel sits proudly in its beautiful coastal setting, with a brasserie-style restaurant, bars, contemporary outdoor dining area, function rooms and a well-stocked drive through bottle-shop.
We are searching for an energetic, career focused individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a previous Assistant management role.
You must also possess the following attributes:
• Pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for the industry
• Creativity
• Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry
• Very strong customer service standards and the ability to inspire and lead the other venue staff to provide amazing service
• Organised and polished performer
• Strong leadership experience
• Initiative
• Coffee, wine, bar and food operations experience
