Job Details: Sales Executive: Wellness Counselor ( Female Candidates only )

Job Scope: Under the direction of supervisors, achieve sales targets for Slimming and Beauty services and products through existing and new clients.

The responsibilities include but are not limited the following - Pre-planning: In conjunction with supervisors, plan and execute sales events in the centre. Perform necessary pre-work viz. Customer profiling, segmenting and promoting suitable services / products, Visits Corporate houses, institutional prospects organize events / corporate tie-ups.

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Share report with supervisors for better sales planning

Maintain and follow up of telephone register, rotation register, AD file & response, events file & response

Be proficient in the services / product line of the organization, competition and our USPs

Maintain and update records of booked and un-booked clients on a daily / weekly basis.

Line up walk-ins through vigorous follow ups. Maintain centre’s conversion percentage / ticket size

Sales: Meet with walk-ins, prospective clients with appointments. Conduct a diagnosis which includes:

Specific needs – What services are they interested in Based on the above conduct, individual assessments (with Slimming / beauty in charge as required), analysis and interpretation of the reports. Understand their lifestyle, dietary and health status Based on the above create a customized program that best meets their needs. Quote prices as per SOP ensure minimum negotiation. Suggest alternatives keeping in mind client needs and budget constraints. Ensure data discipline in ERP or otherwise – accuracy and completeness of PD form, data on Inquiry - Follow Up / Corporate Event based data.

Post Sales: Regular post sale contact with clients ensure satisfaction on services. Escalate issues if any concerned in charges

Up selling / cross selling of services / products existing clients

Miscellaneous: Maintain / generate sales, call centre and allied reports as directed

Participate in training programs as nominated and implement learning earnestly

Maintain and timely dispatch of customer feedback forms.

In conjunction with supervisor and relevant staff from slimming / beauty departments, fix appointment for session.

Constantly upgrade & multitask for career progress

Salary: The individual will do the indoor sales and the salary band would be AED 5000 - AED 7000. The benefits would include Incentives, Medical Insurance , Flight ticket(2 years once).

Job Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, Positions: 5 no’s, Nationality: Any, Working Hours: 8 Hours shift - 6 Days a week Any Weekday off
