Restaurant Operations Manager, UAE

Description: We are urgently looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for our chain of fine dining restaurants in UAE. Below are the criteria for this requirement: Male, below 45 years old, Preferably LEBANESE or SRILANKAN nationals, Must be educated in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent degree, Minimum 5 years of GCC experience especially in fine dining restaurants, Should be able to handle minimum of 5 restaurant branches in order to achieve sales targets and optimize profits, minimize costs, improve employee retention and guests service, quality on food and sanitation, With good personality and professionally qualified, Salary range: 15,000 – 20,000 aed (all inclusive)
