This is a permanent position is responsible for the coordination of our Crane Hire/Transport fleet within the Perth Metro area through liaising with our valuable clients, subcontractors and internal staff.
Freo Group is looking to fill the position of Fleet Controller based at the Welshpool Branch. This is a permanent position is responsible for the coordination of our Crane Hire/Transport fleet within the Perth Metro area through liaising with our valuable clients, subcontractors and internal staff.
Main daily duties include:
    Communicating with team members, other fleet controllers and customers to optimise service delivery
    Client Customer Liaison
    Check timesheets and enter payroll electronically
    Scheduling works, managing personnel, machinery and equipment
    Processing invoices and purchasing.
    Handling and distribution of all correspondence
    Prepare and manage administration processes such as timesheets and dockets for billing system and pre-start checks for maintenance review by mechanics
    After hours phone as required on rotation basis
To be successful for this position, you will:
    Have sound verbal and written communication skills for liaising with our valued Clients, Subcontractors and internal staff.
    Be customer focused and have ability to work unsupervised.
    Intermediate Computer skills, with exposure to data base scheduling systems being desirable
    Highly efficient Time Management skills
    Demonstrated administration experience
    A knowledge and understanding of fleet operations, logistical management and experience with crane hire is advantageous but not essential
