 The position entails a basic salary of R6, 250 as well as benefits such as Primary care, Provident Fund, Transport Allowance, Shift Allowance and Incentives based on KPIS being met.

 Min Requirements:

 • Must have 6-12 months Call Centre Customer Service Experience or 12 months unbroken High End Retail Experience.

 • Experience within a Contact Centre or having dealt with the UK market would be advantageous

 • Must be able to handle complex queries with strong computer ability.

 • Must be credit and criminal record clear

 • Grade 12 / Matric.

 Clear and natural Accent Must be able to work in a 365 day Call Centre Environment and be able to work rotational shifts.
