Role Description: The overall Management of the Financial, Administrative and Commercial affairs of the organisation. To manage, prepare, analyse, report and forecast accounting data associated with the operations of the Company to ensure the goals of the organisation are met.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Minimum Financial B-Com Honours in Accounting, CIMA or CA preferable, Minimum 5 year experience in similar role, Advanced level of knowledge in financial systems including MS, Office (Excel Macros), ERPLn Systems – ( INFOR, Cognos, Sage Accounting, SAP, preferable), IFRS knowledge, Analytical & assertive, Strategic thinker, Excellent negotiation skills, Risk Assessment Skills, Stress and time management, Attention to detail/ accuracy, Valid drivers license, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work under pressure, Self motivated, Adaptability, Reliable and trustworthy, Inter-personal skills, Assertiveness
