Leading call centre in the Durban CBD is currently expanding its sales floor at a rapid pace. We are looking at securing the services of a Customer Services Manager to manage our Customer Services and QA Departments. The incumbent’s duties will entail the following: To ensure that the day to day deliverables for these departments are met timeously; Daily reporting on deliverables and staff progress; Management of all staff employed by the said departments; Identify and employ strategic individuals to get department running at optimal levels; Deal with customer services complaints for all brands associated with the Group; Ensuring quality of sales, and Coach and mentor staff where necessary
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Customer Services, or; Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a customer services department, and Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a staff compliment in excess of 25 individuals. We offer market related salary commensurate with experience and excellent potential for growth.
