Head Housekeeper

Head Housekeeper required in Lake Louise, Alberta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Management of housekeeping department; supervision of 10-15 housekeeping employees.
    Will be required to train staff and do scheduling.
    Duties include daily room inspection, control of housekeeping supplies (inventory control), monthly inventory report, laundry control, monthly evaluations of each employee, gratuity distribution.
    The position requires basic computer skills.
    The supervisor reports directly to management.
    Some cleaning is expected from the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
    Enthusiastic and highly motivated person.
    Must be a team player with strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, and good decision-making and organizational skills.
    Minimum of 6 months to 1 year housekeeping and supervisory experience necessary.
