The Role: The role entails interacting with our customers in the German market, to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints received via telephone and email.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks: Receiving clients in a professional manner telephonically. Resolving queries where necessary, and escalating matters to the relevant parties where applicable. Continuously updating the client database. Ensuring client satisfaction to their queries. Problem-solving all client queries appropriately, with relative and timeous solutions

Requirements: Basic computer literacy. Active listening skills. Strong communication skills. – both written and verbal. Stress tolerance. Fluency in Turkish language (reading/writing/listening/speaking). Problem-solving ability. Dedicated time-management
