Job Description: Required for a leading hypermarket in Dubai: Butchery Development Manager

Qualifications: Highly skilled in processing and cutting all kinds of meat. Operating meat processing equipment. Working knowledge of meat products. Using hand tools and power equipment to make meat portion control cuts. Chef experience to create new items. Culinary experience in order to advice customers. Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and personal cleanliness.Fluent communication skills to deal with western expats.
