French Payments Processing Representative

Our client is looking for a strong French Payments Processing Representative to join their expanding team in Dublin City Centre. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position and be looking to progress their career to the next level


Responsibilities:

    Ensure the on-boarding process for new sellers is speedy, secure and effective
    Data collection, screening and storage on the new seller information
    Assist sellers during the on-boarding process
    Collect, check and review new debtors’ information to support the approval process     
    Build effective communication channels with debtors                  
    Ensure all new invoices submitted via the platform are confirmed as in order prior to auction
    Ensure Collections and Refunds are timely and properly managed      
    Confirm invoices’ reassignment to debtors
    Ensure all invoices are paid on time, all parties are kept fully informed
    Ensure any disputes are resolved as quickly as possible
    Liaise with Management and Sales to resolve any queries and issues to achieve high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

    Fluent French speaker
    Degree qualified
    Minimim of 2 years experience in a client focused position within Finance
    Exposure to payments/invoices a plus
