Junior Kitchen Management position available with Restaurant in Brooklyn. Candidates must have 3+ years kitchen management/Chef experience. Must have general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to work in a very busy kitchen. Candidates with chef experience will also be considered. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Salary R 8 - 10k nett per month.
