Senior Kitchen Manager / Chef needed for busy Restaurant in Waterkloof. Candidates must have 7+ years kitchen management and/or Chef experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management a must. Strong cooking skills essential. Must have contactable references. R 15000 – 18000k.
