German or French Customer Service Agent

Our client, a global in leader in business and client services is going through a phase of rapid expansion in their European Centre of Excellence based here in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to move up the career ladder in the multilingual sphere and develop your client services skills.

The key focus of the role is to:

*Deliver high quality customer service to a large portfolio of clients.

*Successfully troubleshoot technical queireis and issues with apps, hardware and software

*Resolve billing and payment queries

*Understand the features and benefits of a wide range of technology products

*Manage a high volume of admin: forecasting, reports, updates

The ideal candidate:

*Will have fluency in German OR French and English

*Will have 1 year customer/ technical support in a busy, dynamic environment

*Strong communication skills

*BA preferred but not essential
