Job Description: Websites Design & Setup Support This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growth UK Tech firm. bOnline is a leading provider of Website and Online Marketing services to small businesses in the UK.

Job Role: We are searching for outstanding candidates to join our growing Website Design & Support Team in a trendy, up and coming area of Cape Town, South Africa.

The primary objective of this role is to assist small business customers in creating their websites on our platform using a proven process - brief, design, build, consultation and some basic online marketing support.

Job Responsibilities: Conduct a design brief and create website on bOnline’s platform. Use creative freedom and design expertise to wow customers on every level. Incorporate customer feedback and deliver finished product. Coordinate multiple website builds at the same time. Provide visual improvements, copywriting, image selection and layout advice and provide customers with tips and training. Assist customers with basic online marketing & SEO techniques, Provide tutorials, FAQ’s, email assistance and follow up, Maintain work activity logs and keep CRM system up-to-date, Build relationships with customers over the phone at a level that would make them recommend our service.

Desired Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification. Customer service experience. Exceptional communication skills and command of English language. Great attitude - energetic, enthusiastic and quick learner. Well organized, efficient and meticulous about quality of work. Quick to learn new software, tools and processes. Ability to interpret briefs with a good eye for design. Basic graphics/creative skills and design background a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO principles.

Remuneration:  Base annual salary: R156 000 (negotiable based on experience), Monthly performance bonuses, Must be eligible to work in SA, If you wish to apply for the position.
