Job Details: Summary Carry out constructability review during the Design stages. Review in timely manner the DESIGN submittals and forward to the Project Manager.

Main Duties: Worked as Project designer for small/medium project size projects. Follow up project time schedule & work progress. Complete all design stages/project flow chart and report to senior architect. Obtaining all relevant information regarding the assigned project-new or existing details & relevant authority requirements. Collecting & handling the topographical investigation date site surveys to senior architect before starting on design. Manage and direct the draftsmen to insure the best output.

Competencies: Experience in Authority new updated regulations. Experience to coordinate between different disciplines. Drafting & Technical skills.

Minimum Requirements: B.SC. in Architectural Engineering. 3 to 5 years’ experience on the same field. Proficiency in Computer and Drafting.
