Job Description: Responsible for developing innovative, modern, responsive, reusable websites using latest platform and technologies. You will work closely with Project managers, Strategists and Design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming, graphic design, SEO and database administration are all elements of this position.

Responsibilities: Develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc. Communicate to the Project Manager / Team Leader with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients. Wireframe/Layout a website or web application Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs using Adobe Photoshop or relevant tools Coding using a variety of software mainly Working with different content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla Working Experience in Dreamweaver, SharePoint designer, and latest HTML editors Experience in E-Commerce website design, development and management Proofreading content and making changes where necessary Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages Working with other web specialists including art directors, copywriters, web developers and graphic designers Manage web servers, domain names and organizing the hosting of the website Manage and maintain databases Administration of web servers including managing backup and disaster recovery Experience in Email Marketing and Newsletter management Experience in Website Auditing and Reporting Good knowledge and experience in Mobile Application development will be added advantage

Skills: 3-5 years of experience Self-starter with strong self-management skills, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail, Creativity, analysis, Teamwork, Problem solving Delivering presentations, ability to teach yourself new technical skills, Communication skills Programming / Coding: PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS, XML/XSLT, Design and Graphics: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks Content management system (CMS): Word Press, Drupal, Joomla Database: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server SEO Tools, Google Analytics, Social Media, Content Marketing Social Media Marketing Web Tools: Google Ad, Social Media advertising, Google Webmaster Tools Experience in Microsoft Technologies like SharePoint, .NET framework 4 and above, ASP.Net, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, MS SQL will be a plus
