How many jobs give you the opportunity to make a senior executive income whilst making the world a better place You will need to be a red hot sales expert. You absolutely must be prepared to grow with our organisation and as such you will be handsomely rewarded for your part in that growth. You have to love personal and professional development, be able to sell a primarily intangible product and work one on one with entrepreneur clients.

We are not going to pay you a salary Because our commissions mean you can earn more than a senior executive who has climbed the corporate ladder for years, plus you will have independence and if you really apply yourself, well over R1,000,000 a year is possible

If your a wood duck, lazy ass or someone who is shooting above their ability to deliver you will be found out and dealt with so don’t bother applying. This is what you will really need: A cool sense of humour and ability to deal with entrepreneurs,  Really good technology skills - i.e. we don’t want you to know it all, but you will have to know how it works after using it for a couple of days, You absolutely want to make a difference in peoples lives, You will be open to coaching and mentoring and performance management, You have to be a self starter and be prepared to give the role what it needs. This is no 9 - 5 job, You will be working with true entrepreneurs. We are fast moving, no crap, success orientated. If your a wallflower you are wasting our time, but we are also huge fun and totally unique,  You don’t need an office so you have to work from home or cafe’s or if you want a desk then go get one. It’s your call

 We want results. We expect you to blow us away with how good you really are On a day to day basis you will be marketing our coaching solutions, events, home study programs and overseas business tours to Entrepreneurs and Small Business people. You will find them from your own networks, situation prospecting and our leads. The better you perform the more leads you will get from us.

PS: We don’t care how many degrees you have. We care about your results, so you will need to prove what you have done so far. If you don’t have proven sales ability you won’t get past first base.
