Shipper-Receiver (and Delivery Driver)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Education: Completion of high school, Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Work Setting: Retail and wholesale distribution center
Type of Equipment: Pallet lifters, Dollies and hand trucks
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Type of Operation: Manual inventory control
Specific Skills: Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents, Assemble containers and crates, Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, Record shortages and discard damaged goods, Route goods to appropriate storage areas, Pack goods to be shipped, Unpack goods received
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
Other Information:A valid Class 5 Drivers License with an acceptable driver's abstract
