Skills Qualifications and Experience: Education: Required Certificate of training in an approved Phlebotomist program OR Diploma 1 year Medical Laboratory Technology. OR Degree in any health related field Required Experience: Not less than 6 months experience as phlebotomist Licensure: Valid current HAAD license Other Requirements: Basic Life Support BLS Training Must be IT literate & have experience using computerized system
