Job Details: Asia Bolts is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial fasteners having manufacturing operations in UAE and KSA. We are looking for Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Manager to successfully manage the entire sales operations in UAE.

Responsibilities for Sales Operation Manager

1. Handling a sales team size of more than 10, Fixing of annual targets product wise, region wise, seller wise. Development of sales action plans. To ensure that all sales executives meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them. Improving performance of Sales Executives. Managing their daily KPI's, track their daily performance, daily MIS report, motivating, counseling, and training. To ensure that the company policies are followed by all team members and the activities are carried out as per the assigned SLA. Management reporting of sales performance, presentation to MD. Achievement of targets with team effort. To ensure that the customers clear their dues within existing timelines. Work with the accounts to identify any delays and with the Operations to mitigate any issues being seen at the client end, Establishing of Policies in order to generate more business. Conducts market research and develops sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters. Ensure proper execution of the order and timely delivery. Any other responsibility assigned by the top Management.

Candidate requirements: Graduate with post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed university/institute. 12 to 14 years’ experience with minimum 5 years as Manager and above. Experience in B2B Sales, preferably iron, steel, forging, heavy metal manufacturing industry is mandatory. Experience on E- Commerce platform shall be preferred.
