We are seeking a project manager ('ring leader') to manage our studio of designers, developers, content and client service managers.
We need a self-motivated individual who can optimise our powerhouse of skills into a more streamlined operation that continues to deliver top quality digital work that we have strived for, for over ten years.

Job responsibilities
- Leadership of a team of designers, developers and content managers
- Scheduling of projects and tasks using in-house developed software
- Traffic management
- Client liaising (acquisition, maintenance)
- Weekly status meetings and pulse reporting
- Completion of all projects in terms of quality control
- Project process flow and timeline generation
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Estimation and quoting on projects
- Purchase order procurement and invoicing
- Costing analysis and workforce efficiency measurement
- Induction and skills development of new employees
- General management of production/operations
- Eye for detail
- Up to date with the latest trends in web and interaction design
- Passion for digital
- True sense of ownership on projects

Experience required
- Four+ years relevant experience
- Web and multimedia project management
- Website design and development
- Website information architecture/content styling
- Search engine optimisation principles and best practice
- CMS-based website management
- Web-based business networking
- Internet
- Database management (Access, basic SQL)
- Microsoft Office (all programs)

- Driver's Lisense
