Job description
One small seed is seeking to employ a social media specialist who has marketing skills and a natural passion for getting projects off the ground. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the popularity of our already established platform one small seed, but also come up with marketing strategies for our newly launched brands Cult of Self and We Love Sexy.
You will plan, develop and manage social media campaigns, keep abreast with trends, do extensive research and look into strategies to optimise traffic on our sites by, for example, analysing platforms beyond Twitter and Facebook. You will combine creative skill, an outgoing personality and a business mind in order to be the voice of our respective brands. As we have just launched two new projects, there is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skill and dedication, make the right contacts and establish a name not only for the brands you are nurturing.

Requirements
- Be able to write clean, punchy copy
- Be outspoken, social and chatty
- Expert knowledge of all social media platforms
- Digital marketing skills, knowledge of Google keywords and search engine optimisation is advantageous
- Be constantly motivated to come up with your own ideas, even in high-pressure circumstances.
- Have strategic and organisational skills
- A university or college degree is advantageous, but it is more important that you are a driven person who does what it takes to succeed
- Driver's licence and own car is required
