Human Resources Executive (EE African Female as per employer’s requirements), Location, Sandton, Johannesburg, Human Resources Executive (Designated position for EE African Female as per employer’s requirements), R1.3mil tc tc per annum includes (co car, med aid contribution, RA, cell allowance) plus annual perf depending on individual and co performance, Isando, The employer is a well-established Isando based market leader in the Fleet Management / Full Maintenance Leasing sector and belongs to a large National Automotive Group. The incumbent must be a qualified, experienced and organised HR Executive with strong administration skills, customer, centric, adaptable and also operate at Management Committee level. This requires the relevant experience and knowledge to be able to perform at the expected level of delivery. Applicants must be extremely hands on and operational and able to work in a matrix structure in a corporate environment reporting to Group HR Exec and CEO/MD of the Fleet Business  

Minimum criteria for the position: BCom degree, or Master / Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology; At least 10 years’ experience in the HR function of which 5 years must be at senior managerial level / executive level; Willingness to travel within Southern Africa; Banking or Motor Industry knowledge – advantageous, Valid Code 08 driver’s license, Clear ITC record, Ability to work well within a Matrix reporting structure in a Corporate environment; In depth knowledge of all Labour Legislation; Working knowledge of Retirement and Medical Aid funds; Good knowledge of Trade and Industry BBBEE scorecard New Codes with particular reference to Employment Equity and Skills Development; Good knowledge of Sectorial Training Authorities (SETA’s) and relevant reporting and legislative requirements; In depth knowledge of Employee Value Propositions (EVP), Leadership programs and Remuneration & Benefits; Knowledge of all Human Resources sub-Disciplines and Best Practices; Extensive knowledge of Human Resources operational requirements; Extensive knowledge of HR Policies; Extensive knowledge of HR Procedures: payroll, social benefits, HR databases, performance management, IR; Exposure to training methodology and programs; Knowledge of Succession Plan processes; Knowledge of remuneration programs – incentives, commission structures, pay scales, market surveys and job grading.

Computer Literacy: MS Office - PowerPoint; Excel; Word; Outlook L & D Management systems (advantageous)
