Apartment Rental Agent (Part Time Leasing Agent)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, Shift, Day
Salary: $14.00 Hourly for 26 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Work Setting: Property management companies
Area of Specialization: Apartments, High-rises (8 stories or more)
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: IBM and IBM compatible, MS Word, Excel
Specific Skills: Ensure terms of lease agreements are met, Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other Information:Duties incl showing and leasing suites, advising options for lease renewal, respond to resident problems. Various daytime/evening and weekend hours. Must have a valid driver¿s license and vehicle.
