Senior Hardware Engineer

Location: Montreal, QC
You will work on the coolest projects on the planet, and will have direct responsibility for their success. You'll work with cutting edge brands and the most interesting startups. You will be a key cog on a cross-disciplinary team of international experts, responsible for all facets of hardware engineering, including system architecture design, component evaluation and selection, block diagram and schematic development, and manufacturing support.
You are passionate, great at what you do, and can't see yourself doing anything else but developing world changing products. You'll have resources and power to execute design excellence.
You must have following experience and abilities:
    Minimum 7 years experience developing cutting edge consumer electronics, preferably with tier 1 mobile technology brand (Samsung, LG, Apple…)
    Have worked on successfully launched products
    Extensive knowledge of core engineering principles, fundamental circuit design, firmware and analytical techniques is required. Familiar with firmware and hardware integration
    Experience with wireless systems, WiFi, Bluetooth and BT LE, 2.4Ghz etc.
    Experience in analog/digital electronics design/bring-up/debug/launch.
    Experience with implementation of memory interfaces (DDR2 etc.)
    Desire experience with debugging skills (able to write/debug CPU boot strap code, interrupt handlers, diag tools) for multiprocessor systems.
    Experience with mobile and medical a plus.
    Deep understanding of manufacturing processes is mandatory
    Extensive experience with solution suppliers and contract manufacturers in Asia
    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
