Salary: $11.25 to $13.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification, Provincial Licence / Certification to apply chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides and pesticides, Not applicable, Not required
Experience: No experience
Work Setting: Park or public area, Commercial establishment, Private home, Institution (hospital, school or church), Landscape maintenance
Type of Machinery or Equipment: Tractor mower, S-od cutter, Weed trimmer/edger, Sprayer or duster, Roto-tiller, Tractor, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment
Specific Skills: Assist with landscape constructions, Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Lay s-od or seed, Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, Apply fertilizers, Water lawns/gardens, Construct walkways and driveways
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
