Online Sales Counselor

Windmill Developments is looking for a new sales professional to join our team.  The right person would have a blend of the following three attributes:
    gifted sales professional with impeccable phone manners and commitment to customer service;
    savvy with social media, CRM tools, and navigating the internet;
    shared values of honesty, commitment to sustainability, and cooperation.
You would be responsible for enhancing and leveraging Windmill’s online presence with the intent of increasing traffic to our sales centre. You would take ownership of our CRM tool and would be responsible for dedicated nurturing of leads, and setting appointments for other team members. Although you will be incredibly courteous and friendly on the phone, you will be doggedly committed to chasing down leads to get them into the sales centre. The new hire would be active on social media, getting into conversations on Twitter and Facebook with the intent of raising project and brand profile.
You would be part of a dynamic sales and marketing team, working on some of Canada’s most ambitious green real estate development projects. The position would be based in central Ottawa (West Wellington Village), but you would be responsible for projects in Ottawa and Toronto.
Compensation is based on experience, but it would be a blend of salary and commissions, with set targets and compensation tied to lead generation. Weekend work during summer months is required. Some in person sales work will be required.
