Ambiance Hospitality provides staffing services to the Hospitality industry, as well as a growing range of products and services that enhance the trade and client relationship. We are looking for an independent representative to promote our services to restaurants, guesthouses, hotels and hospitality establishments in the Cape Town area. Candidates must have knowledge of recruitment and selection at agency level, knowledge of the hospitality trade, hands on experience in FOH or BOH and the ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Candidates must have computer and internet access, mobile phone and own transport. For the first three months (probation period) the earnings will be commission driven. Thereafter we will discuss, based on performance, basic salary, allowances and incentives. If you are a target driven person and have the ability to close candidates and clients alike, I would like to talk to you. Be preparedto start as soon as possible. Included are existing clients which need to be serviced, new clients that have an expressed interest and candidates who need to be briefed. No cold calling from your side. We do all the marketing and social media advertising for you.We also get candidates and are very involved in the recruitment process.
