A Top Restaurant in Plettenberg Bay is looking for a Chef A Chef who can handle the pressure of 100/200 guests at once who can control food costs and do stock management, create menus and implement them, roster staff and manage performance.

They need min 3 years previous experience in a top restaurant as a chef. Culinary qualification preferred. Able to speak English fluently. Able to cook a variety of foods including fine dining dishes. Own transport and accommodation essential. Salary: R10 - R12K neg. on experience, Only candidates with experience and contactable references will be considered.
