Description: for Contact Centre Agents - English and Arabic Speakers (Bilinguals only)

Required skills and experience: Excellent Arabic and English (both) spoken and written communication skills. Relevant contact centre or customer service experience preferred. Proficient in MS office with good typing skills. Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts. Qualifications- High School graduate or Bachelor’s Degree. Available to start immediately. Salary Package: AED 3,500 + transportation + benefits as per the U.A.E labour law
